  • Account Manager
    5-6 Years in Industrial Construction from Contractor’s Side
    Salary as per experience
    All functions of accounting up to preparing financials for tax return.
    Must have strong background on managing Company Cash flow, Budgeting, reconciliation of financial activities, analyse & maintain detailed financial reports.
    Manage and direct accounting team through strong leadership skills, implement accounting policies and standards. Enforce compliance.
    Report, Monitor, and Present key financial and non-financial performance indicators.
    Must be a strong and organized leader with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
    Local experience and contractor payment knowledge preferred. MBA is desirable but not a requirement.
    Tally, MS Office skills required.
  • Purchase Manager
    5-6 Years in Industrial Construction from Contractor’s Side
    Salary as per experience
    Plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies
    Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments
    Maintain a database of approved suppliers
    Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
    Negotiate/ Discover the right price.
    Search and source potential suppliers and vendors
    Track, measure and analyse company expenditures.

    Experience – 8 years
    Vacancy for young, dynamic, professional project manager capable of handling civil industrial construction projects anywhere in Gujarat with having experience of more than eight years from Contractor’s side. The candidate should be an independent decision maker and capable of leading the team with company’s vision and policy. Salary shall be no bar for the right candidate.

    Qualification : Graduate, Experience – 1-2 years,
    Preferably male, resident of Vadodara
    Pay scale – Rs. 10000/- to Rs. 13000/-
    Data entry Work Related to HR Documents, Efficiency in English Typing, Word, Excel, Emailing, Basic Management Skills, Basic Knowhow of PF, ESIC, BOCW and other statutory compliances, Insurance Policies, Etc.
  • Assistant Billing Engineer
    Experience: 1-2 Years,
    Preferably male, resident of Vadodara
    Pay scale : Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 15,000/-
    Preparing Bills for Payments
    Estimating Quantities for order of material Construction
    Analysis of BOQ / Non BOQ Items
    Preparing Bar Bending Schedule.

    Experience: 1 to 2 years,
    Preferably Male, Resident of Halol or nearby.
    Pay scale: 10,000/- to 12,000/-
    Efficiency in documentation, Worker Entry & Exit Handling, Maintaining Worker Gate Entry Records, Attendance Records, Material Record Keeping & Basic knowledge of Word, Excel & all other miscellaneous works on site.

    Payroll Management, Hiring, Onboarding & Exit Management of Employees, Compliance Management, Handle Contract Labour Law Applications, BOCW, ESIC, PF, Communication with the client's representative.
  • Land Surveyor
    2-5 Years Experience
    Pay Scale: 15K - 20K
    Preparing Level Sheets , Verifying Data & Calculations, Recording Result of Surveys, Calculating the measurements of sites Expertise in Surveying Instruments.
  • Civil Site Engineer
    5-10 Years Experience
    Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
    Supervising and counselling junior or trainee engineers.
    Planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
    Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities.
    Quality control in accordance with IS/procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors.
    Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site;
    Preparing reports as required.
    Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
